At the request and per the requirements of the Cúcuta Mayor’s Office and local authorities, a new option for the development of the passenger terminal and its future expansion possibilities was analyzed in order to determine the best development alternative.
The main activities were:
- Current assessment of facilities under IATA/ICAO regulations.
- Passenger Forecast Analysis.
- Passenger Terminal Analysis.
- Alternatives for Urban Development.
- Conceptual architectural design.
- Master Conceptual Plan through 2030.
For the study, the corresponding final report and project document were developed during the conceptual design phase.
