Planning and Engineering

As part of the expansion plan for the José María Cordova Airport in Rionegro, carried out by the concessionaire AIRPLAN S.A., the architectural designs and capacity study for the expansion of the Passenger Terminal Building were developed, divided into two phases of growth for the International and Domestic Gates, with estimated design areas of 12,500 m².

In total, SCADIA S.A.S. has designed 80,000 m² for this terminal across all phases of modernization and development presented by the operator, encompassing projects from 2008 through 2015.

The project included the development of architectural designs, demand analysis, specifications, construction budgets, and coordination of technical disciplines.
